PINs to Replace Passwords for Account Security
Nsight Telservices takes the responsibility of protecting our customers’ personal information very seriously. As an added layer of security, we’re asking you to set up a 6-digit PIN (personal identification number) to be used for account authorization. This PIN will be used to verify you as the FRP (financially responsible party) identity when a call or chat is initiated by you for account information or for account changes. Please note that we will never call you to ask for your PIN; we will only request this information when you reach out to us.
How do I choose a PIN?
The purpose of a PIN is to protect your personal information, so a phone number, birth date, social security number, or other numbers that could be easily figured out by someone else should never be used. There are only a few requirements for setting up your PIN.
See the FAQ for more information on keeping personal information secure.
