Panasonic® Business Phone Communications Systems Discontinued in 2023

In early 2023, the Panasonic Business Communication business will cease operation. This includes the following systems:

  • Panasonic PBX telephone
  • SIP telephone
  • Scanner

Why is Panasonic Business Communication being discontinued?

The Panasonic Business Communication business is winding down for a variety of reasons:

  • The market is moving to cloud-based solutions. That means data is stored, managed and processed on a network of remote servers hosted on the internet, rather than locally or on personal devices.
  • COVID-19 created a sudden shift to new tools that included not just voice but also video, text or chat options like Microsoft® Teams and Zoom®.

I have a discontinued Panasonic business system. How will this affect me?

Nsight will continue to support Panasonic phone systems for the foreseeable future.

This means you dont have to replace your system or find another provider because we can continue to maintain and repair your IP or digital phone system when needed.
