Upon disconnecting service, based upon the service(s) you have with Nsight, an equipment charge of $300 per Extended Home Wi-Fi will be charged to your account. If you return the equipment within 30 days of the disconnection date, the equipment charge(s) will be credited to your account or a refund issued. If the equipment is not returned within 30 days of the disconnection date, no credit or refund will be issued. Extended Home Wi-Fi service does not guarantee service or minimum connection levels to any or all areas inside or outside of your home. Wi-Fi service may fluctuate due to many factors, but not limited to square footage of your home, materials within your home, other devices operating within your home. 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee: Guarantee is for service charges only. Installation is non-refundable.
