Email Platform Upgrade on November 16

Nsight Telservices’ email service will undergo maintenance on Tuesday, November 16 to update the platform and deploy a new, integrated spam solution.

The maintenance will require some backend work by our vendor that will begin at 9:00 p.m. You will continue to have access to webmail and email throughout the update, but there may be some delivery delays for messages that arrive during the maintenance. You will be able to continue to send emails throughout the entire maintenance.

On the morning of Wednesday, November 17 you can look forward to the convenience of managing your spam directly in your email’s junk folder. For webmail users, you may need to logout and log back in to see the change. With this change and an easily accessible junk folder, you will no longer receive a daily digest of email items quarantined for your review.
